Job Description:

Join our marketing team as a Backoffice Support to ensure efficient execution of operational tasks aligned with manufacturer and business requirements. Your responsibilities include:

1. Creating reports and analytics for marketing activities
2. Project management, including using our marketing software
3. Acting as a liaison between Marketing & Finance
4. Processing invoices
5. Administrative tasks specific to the department
6. Maintaining and being a superuser for marketing tools (FET, aprimo)
7. Supporting manufacturer claiming processes (e.g., PoE, PoP)
8. Coordinating with manufacturers and internal/external teams to streamline processes

Your Profile:

1. Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
2. First relevant work experience preferred
3. Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in modern communication tools
6. Fluent in German and English
7. SAP knowledge is a plus
