Our Marketing Department in Munich (Germany) is looking for a

Marketing Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) (100%)

(temporary position for 2 years)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and alignment of the integrated regional cluster marketing planning process with the strategic approach of our brands
  • Own the calendar of channel marketing executions, managing the timing, production, and implementation to ensure a smooth go-to-market process
  • Ensure all marketing tools, assets, and systems (e.g. Bynder, Fashion Cloud, Salesforce) are integrated effectively to support seamless operations
  • Manage the production processes of promotional material packages, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Maintaining and enhancing the company’s visual identity
  • Designing print and digital materials like brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral in line with the European toolkits and guidelines
  • Assisting in creating product prototypes, mockups, or visuals used in product marketing
  • Coordinating with printers and other vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in the final printed materials
  • Support the Marketing specialists in tracking direct and indirect marketing budgets, for production, ensuring alignment with planned activities and actual spendings

Your ideal profile:

  • You possess solid proven experience in marketing operations, or a related role gained in diverse environment incl. agency
  • You’re experienced in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially in a wholesale driven context
  • You have strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) skills
  • You’re experienced in creating digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns
  • You have developed strong organisational and planning skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication
  • You have advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are proficient in German and English language, both spoken and written
