Your Profile

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field
• Proven experience in brand communication and social media management
• Deep understanding of all major social platforms, current trends, and target-group-specific communication
• Experience in video creation and editing (preferably with tools like CapCut or similar)
• Confident use of common marketing and project management tools
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative spirit
• Language: German and English

Your Responsibilties

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy for Semtrix
• Manage and evolve our existing presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Plan, create, and publish industry-specific blog content for our website and social media channels
• Independently conceptualize and execute cross-functional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure a consistent brand image across all online and offline channels
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into engaging content
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously improve communication strategies
