You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable qualification
You possess at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, especially in an international market environment
You have several years of experience in planning and organising trade fairs and events
Your thinking is characterised by creativity and innovation, which is reflected in your marketing concepts
You work independently and in a structured manner and show a high degree of initiative
You are assertive and flexible
You are a strong team player
You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and you are interculturally competent
You have communication skills in English and German (written and spoken), other language skills are an advantage

Your areas of responsibility:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for the EMEA region
Analysing and interpreting market trends, competitive developments as well as customer and target group needs
Planning, organising, implementing and evaluating national and international trade fairs and events
Communication planning combined with managing and optimising marketing channels such as advertisements, social media, advertising materials and PR activities
Being responsible for budget planning and budget monitoring for the department
Close collaboration with internal and international departments
Selecting and managing external agencies and partners for the implementation of marketing projects
Ensuring brand integrity in all marketing channels
