Responsibilities
  • Implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Use insights to optimize brand strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) that communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
  • Manage marketing efforts across different channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising in line with established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with and supervise internal teams (content, creative, design) and external agencies to create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities for tickets and merchandising products.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful creative campaign development and execution. Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally in multi-cultural environments.
