Warner Music Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Artist Relations professional in Berlin. You will support artists and labels, guide releases, and drive strategic brand efforts across digital and physical channels.

You will shape campaigns, oversee content creation, and analyze performance data to optimize results while collaborating with teams and artists in a fast-paced music environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, media, or sales, or vocational training.
• Experience in the music or media business.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Artist & Label Support: You are the first point of contact for artist camps and distribution labels, guide releases from A to Z, and provide strategic advice on products, setups, co-ops and more.
• Strategy & Brand Building: You take the lead on marketing and branding for our local talent and develop campaigns that are in tune with the times.
• Creative Marketing & Content: You shape the visual presence of your artists—from cover artwork and promotional materials to initiating and approving engaging social content.
• Retail, Data & Budget: You use smart data to make targeted marketing decisions, develop innovative retail concepts, and maintain full budget control.
• Release Operations: You manage the complete operational implementation of all digital and physical releases—including metadata, calculations, deadlines, and delivery.
• Agile Interface: As a liaison, you facilitate communication between artists, key accounts, and internal teams, keeping all the threads together.
• Market & KPI Tracking: You analyze performance data for your releases, spot trends early, and continuously optimize your strategies for maximum success.

• Music DNA: Music is your life. Pop, dance, hip-hop, and German rap are your world—you know the scene, are exceptionally well connected, and sense the hype before it happens.
• Digital Native: Streaming platforms, TikTok, and social media are your natural habitat—you intuitively understand how the digital music world works.
• Background & Knowledge: You have completed a degree in marketing, media, or sales, or vocational training, and have some initial professional experience in the music or media business.
• Artist Sensitivity: You know how creative people think and bring empathy and an initial feel for working with artists and management teams.
• Analytical & Strategic Mindset: You bring an entrepreneurial spirit: you think strategically, love data, and effortlessly translate numbers into smart recommendations for action.
• Communication Pro: You are a true team player, communicate fluently in German and English, and bring a flexible, hands-on mentality.
