Reports to the Marketing Director Oncology
The Marketing Manager Hematology is responsible for key marketing and communication initiatives for Stemline’s current and future hematology products, with a strong focus on multiple myeloma. This role drives product and disease strategies, plans and executes promotional and disease education activities, ensures timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders, and builds strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Co-develops and implements strategic plans to drive the commercial success of Stemline’s hematology brands in Germany.
- Leads the planning and execution of all promotional activities within the marketing mix, in compliance with national regulations.
- Ensures effective rollout of marketing campaigns to the field team through cycle briefing meetings.
- Collaborates closely with the commercial sales team (TAMs) and the Medical Team (MedAdvisors and MSLs) to plan impactful marketing and educational activities.
- Establishes and maintains productive relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relevant to our therapeutic areas.
- Manages allocated marketing budgets and monitors expenditures to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collects and analyzes market intelligence and integrates insights into disease and product strategy.
- Remains up-to-date on scientific and market developments concerning Stemline brands and competitors, leveraging this knowledge to define competitive advantages.
- Uses existing digital channels effectively while also innovating and implementing new digital communication strategies.
- Collaborates closely with EMEA and Global Medical and Marketing colleagues on joint projects and initiatives.
- Ensures full compliance with Stemline’s SOPs and local laws and regulations in all customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in hematology/oncology; experience in orphan indications is a strong asset.
- Specific experience with lymphoma or multiple myeloma is preferred.
- Field sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience with product launches is beneficial.
- Strong scientific and clinical acumen, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Academic-level education in Life Sciences is ideal.
- Demonstrated passion for and belief in the company’s brands.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and team-oriented mindset.

- Language skills: German (business fluent), English (proficient).
