Role Purpose
The Gestra Division Marketing Manager will take an operational, hands-on approach to develop marketing materials and enablement tools that empower our Direct Sales (Sales Engineers) and Indirect Channels (Distribution Partners) for our division. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver industry-leading marketing solutions that drive business results. This role will include material development to broader lead generation efforts, cross-selling strategies, and long-term innovation in marketing efforts, such as the future Customer Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of marketing materials (physical and digital), including brochures, product sheets, presentations, videos, and webinars.
- Collaborate with external agencies.
- Work closely with sales engineers, product teams, and distribution partners.
Lead Generation & Conversion to Opportunities:
- Lead Campaign Development.
- Data Analysis.
Cross-Selling Enablement Between Gestra and Spirax Companies:
- Identify and develop sales collateral that facilitates cross-selling between our Gestra and Spirax companies.
- Develop internal communication and sales training tools.
Long-Term Priorities – Marketing Innovations:
- Develop long-term marketing strategies focused on creating new and innovative experiences for customers, such as the Customer Experience Center.
- Drive initiatives that develop the brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and position the company as an innovative leader in its sector.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of marketing experience with an operational and hands-on focus, preferably in B2B or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize for performance.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); German language strongly appreciated. Additional languages are a plus.
- A passion for innovation, a forward-thinking mindset, and comfort with technical business and sustainability-related industry.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, delivery-driven, and a fast-paced approach.
Experience:
- Experience working with external partners (agencies, vendors).
- Experience in developing customer-focused initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
