We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support Ancient + Brave’s ambitious growth trajectory in Europe, with an initial focus on Germany. In this role, you’ll help deliver best‑in‑class marketing strategy whilst scaling brand awareness at speed, delivering bold marketing communications with creative to match and NPD launches that expand our customer base.
This is a pivotal role that touches every part of our marketing mix and will be working across all commercial channels (DTC, Amazon & retail), executing marketing activations to launching new products, and owning all brand collateral. You’ll be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively and cross‑functionally at all levels and with all departments (Content, Design, ECommerce, Partnerships, Nutrition, Retail, Events and Innovation) as well as external agencies and partners.
The role reports to the Marketing Director (Europe) and will be based in the UK OR Germany. If you are a creative and strategic marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you.

We pay a discretionary bonus based on a mix of company performance and individual contributions and review our salaries annually. Our pension contributions are ESG invested (so no pharma, weapons or other ethically questionable investments).
