Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Radiography to drive end-to-end marketing for the Radiography portfolio, shape positioning and messaging for clinical and economic buyers, and lead global go-to-market and launch programs.

You will develop sales enablement tools, align with multiple internal stakeholders, and travel internationally ~10-15% while enabling cross-regional readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Medical Technology, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field.
• Multiple years of experience in product or portfolio marketing, ideally in diagnostic imaging.
• Experience leading at least one global product launch.
• Strong understanding of marketing mix and tools.
• Passion for medical technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end marketing for Radiography portfolio, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Create differentiated positioning, value propositions and messaging for clinical and economic buyers.
• Lead global go-to-market and launch programs with cross-regional readiness and execution.

• Ensure timely responses to technical and customer inquiries.
• Analyze market and business to plan marketing actions for international markets.
• Align RMT, R&D, MSC, regional orgs, CEC, and Communications for unified execution.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You drive end-to-end marketing for our Radiography portfolio, ensuring strategic clarity, and commercial impact.
• You create differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with clinical and economic buyers.
• You lead global go to market and launch programs, ensuring cross regional readiness and execution excellence.
• You develop high-impact sales enablement tools including value stories, training materials, tender modules, and guidance for sales argumentation and objection handling.
• You ensure that technical sales inquiries and customer inquiries are answered
• You analyze the business and the market, planning of corresponding marketing actions for international markets, and their implementation.
• You align stakeholders across RMT, R&D, MSC, regional organizations, CEC, and Communications to ensure unified execution.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Medical Technology, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• You have many years of relevant professional experience in product or portfolio marketing, ideally in the field of diagnostic imaging modalities.
• You have successfully lead at least one global product launch before.
• You have a good technical understanding and sound knowledge of the marketing mix and the associated tools.
• Your passion for medical technology inspires you to think outside of today's boundaries and champion our innovations.

Your attributes and skills:

• You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, enabling you to give professional customer presentations and communicate with international customers and colleagues. German language skills would be an advantage.
• You excel at customer centric storytelling, value based messaging, and outcome-focusd communication.
• You are motivated by a dynamic environment and work effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive complex projects to successful completion.
• You thrive in a challenging, international work environment and demonstrate a strong results and customer orientation.
• You are willing to travel regularly on international business trips to visit trade fairs, conferences and customers (approx. 10-15%).
