Overview

In collaboration with FISI Headquarters Marketing Department, you will plan, develop, organize, and implement regional marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and tactical programs to achieve sales targets and optimize FISI business opportunities with MBU products in the EU and through channel partners. You will help shape and steward our brand through various communication channels and develop outbound communication plans supporting product lines, brand objectives, and corporate initiatives. Working with Global Marketing and Marcom, you will devise, write, and execute campaigns and collateral to increase awareness and stature of our products and services. Maintaining a deep understanding of global and regional strategies, you will ensure alignment across all programs and regions.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner closely with the Global marketing team to understand and support the global marketing plan by executing field-based marketing programs. Develop and implement regional marketing plans for the EU markets.
  2. Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, and MARCOM to develop messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies that effectively communicate our products’ value propositions.
  3. Create marketing materials supporting product launches, customer presentations, digital campaigns, sales training, tradeshows, workshops, and seminars.
  4. Participate in brand management plans with MARCOM and Global Marketing to enhance the company's reputation. Execute advertising campaigns that drive profitable sales and brand growth.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all materials according to brand guidelines.
  6. Develop relationships with industry leaders and key opinion leaders to shape market adoption and awareness.
  7. Build credibility and strong relationships with the field force through product, clinical, and competitive knowledge.
  8. Manage the maintenance and growth of gross profit for ART Media Product Lines and distributed products, including pricing strategies in the EU.
  9. Monitor marketing KPIs and report monthly to management with recommendations for new promotions.
  10. Maintain communication with sales personnel, professional organizations, and customers to stay abreast of market trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  11. Stay informed about market trends and assess segment dynamics to proactively position Irvine Scientific.
  12. Gather competitive intelligence and evaluate the potential of Irvine Scientific's products.
  13. Ensure market plans are understood and effectively implemented by sales teams and distributors.
  14. Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Biology, Life Science, or MBA.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical or marketing role.
  • At least one year of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
