  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working in one or more of the following fields : growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy with the ability to take initiative, provide breakthrough thinking and strategy, delivering large-scale or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop new approaches to marketing tests. Strong investigative skills, comfortable with audience segmentation, channel selection and campaign measurement.
  • Ability to operate in a fluid environment and deliver insights from multiple data sources through executive communications and presentations.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute fluid Ads Marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, align priorities, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop Marketing activities that translate Google's Ads value proposition into inspiring, customer centric narratives and engagement opportunities.
  • Generate actionable customer and Ads industry insights and measure Marketing activities impact to demonstrate the effectiveness for the Ads business and inform future strategies.
