Regional Marketing Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions in Building & Infrastructure could be the right choice for you!

An experienced marketing manager with a proven track record of solving complex challenges, excellent cross-functional leadership skills and a passion for sustainability and digital is what we seek for this newly created role. The job encompasses the management of all aspects of Dow Consumer Solutions’ Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Building & Infrastructure 4P strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating sustainable value chain engagements and digital transformations through constant collaborations not only within the marketing organization but also across functions and regions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, values diverse & inclusive teams, and can coordinate multi-faceted activities and projects with focal points from sales, technical, business communications, and product management, as well as with peers, channel partners and existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities


Core Responsibilities

  • Contributing as a key member of cross-functional market management teams (MMTs).
  • Co-leading the creation and deployment of marketing plans and activities of assigned market segments across the region.
  • Collaborating with Sales and TS&D (Technical Services & Development) team members to carry out innovative projects' commercialization with both new and current customers in target markets.
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns, adopting leads & opportunities management methodologies and optimizing CRM functionalities. Supporting communication campaigns, leveraging business communications resources to effectively engage with customers and channel partners.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of business marketing experience is a must, knowledge of chemical industry and/or building & infrastructure market is preferred.
  • Experience with sustainability topics, including: Life-Cycle Assessments (LCAs), carbon reduction, energy efficiency, resource management, sustainable certifications, retrofitting, etc.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, with emphasis on digital analytics management and the digitalization of 4P activities.
  • Knowledge in developing new market adjacencies and expanding targeted geographic reach.
  • Strong team worker & builder across functions and geographies, effective influencer.
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English (any additional language is an asset).

Qualifications

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Chemical, Engineering or Marketing related majors. Dual technical degrees will also be considered.
  • MBA/economic background is a plus.

Additional notes

  • Travel: up to 30%
  • Primary Location: Seneffe, Belgium or Wiesbaden, Germany
  • Other Dow Consumer Solutions commercial hubs in EMEA will be considered.
