Hologic, a global leader in women's health, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Diagnostics business unit in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase market share and revenue in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare systems in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as knowledge of the Cervical/Molecular diagnostic space. Collaboration with sales, regional/country marketing, communications, and market access teams is essential.
What to expect:

• Participate in strategic planning to support long-term profitable growth.
• Develop and implement country-specific marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Implement account-based marketing strategies to grow key accounts.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales for product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Create educational and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
• Coordinate activities across marketing, communications, sales, and market access teams.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and professional associations.
• Support the sales team with training on products and marketing initiatives.

What We Expect:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing or combined sales and marketing experience in Germany/Europe.
• Experience in Diagnostics, especially clinical microbiology/molecular diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare customer landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Understanding of local healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
