You'll analyze how customers shop and work with our design and insights teams to improve our gift card pages, making them easier to browse and buy from. Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute the conversion optimization roadmap for Amazon's gift card product detail pages across Europe
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data to identify opportunities for improving product detail page usability and conversion rates
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to test new experiences and provide data-driven launch recommendations to leadership
- Lead the launch of new gift card products and designs, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
- Review instock and buyability metrics to ensure availability of our products.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with design, operations, business intelligence, product, and marketing teams
- Create or collaborate with our Marketing team to create marketing campaigns that increase traffic to our detail pages
- Monitor and report on business metrics and marketing performance, contributing insights to executive business reviews for EU and Global Gift Cards leadership
- Develop and implement process automation solutions to optimize business operations and support sustainable growth
A day in the life
While no two days are the same in this role, here's what you can typically expect to work on:
- Analyze customer insights and sales performance data to drive strategic decisions
- Evaluate and prioritize time-sensitive requests, coordinating solutions across multiple teams
- Develop and optimize product detail page content and technical configurations to enhance discoverability
- Partner with marketing operations, design and business intelligence teams to create and optimize customer-facing content and test their effectiveness through experiments.
- Contribute to leadership documents to shape marketing strategy and to inspect performance metrics.
About the team
As the EU Gift Cards team, we own the sales of both Amazon-branded gift cards and those from major retail partners (such as Apple, Uber, and Google) across the Amazon store. In your role, you will closely collaborate with our local marketing and operations teams, as well as with global teams, such as design and business intelligence.
We're a pan-EU team with our primary hubs in London and Munich. We take pride in our diverse, international environment, commitment to talent development, and maintaining a high bar for customer experience.
We are part of the wider Payment Products organization, which is also home to the Amazon Credit Card and Installments businesses, positioning us within Amazon's growing payment solutions ecosystem.
