Requirements:
• Educated to degree level in marketing or a related subject, or relevant experience in a marketing role.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a marketing environment.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management (PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, CMS).
• Meticulous approach to work with thorough attention to detail.
• Experience in full mix marketing, both online and offline.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

The Role: An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Manager based in Berlin to promote the BSBI brand and courses to local and international audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy, focusing heavily on online channels, and work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Your key responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, developing campaigns, analysing performance, and ensuring integration across channels. You will also lead, coach, and mentor team members, and support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Experience in managing online/offline budgets, achieving lead targets, and demonstrating ROI is essential. Occasionally, you may support additional projects as needed.
