ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about planning and organizing trade fairs? In this role, you will be responsible for organizing conferences and trade fairs in the DACH region, executing B2B campaigns, and creating content for various channels. Additionally, you will manage the website, develop multimedia content, and collaborate closely with our team and external partners to further develop the mediaire brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning & Organizing Conferences and Trade Shows: Take charge of logistics and communication in the DACH region in close collaboration with the Marketing Director. With tailored visitor engagement concepts and creative ideas, we ensure a standout presence that sets our booth apart.
  • Executing B2B Campaigns: Coordinate cross-media campaigns for lead generation across digital and traditional channels. We focus on customized approaches to target potential customers effectively and generate new business opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Communication: Develop targeted content for social media, email marketing, and other channels. By combining proven formats with fresh ideas, we ensure optimal audience engagement.
  • Website Management (WordPress): Update content, create landing pages, and continuously optimize structure and usability to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience.
  • Developing Multimedia Content: Create and brief content while coordinating freelancers and agencies for content and design projects to produce fresh and compelling formats.
  • Brand Development & Market Analysis: Support the development of new positioning strategies and conduct market analysis to enhance the mediaire brand, always keeping an eye on emerging trends and solutions.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive optimization strategies to continuously improve performance and implement innovative measures.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • You have a completed degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field and already have relevant experience in operational B2B marketing—ideally in a tech or start-up environment, an agency, or a dynamic B2B sector.
  • You are a creative organizational talent who can confidently manage external partners and enjoys working in a structured way.
  • You have solid knowledge of performance marketing and KPI tracking and understand what works. (Bonus: Experience in implementing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.)
  • You have a good technical understanding of WordPress or similar web applications and can independently make quick adjustments and manage content.
  • You have a strong visual sense and can create marketing assets using tools like Canva.
  • You are passionate about medical and technical topics and can communicate them clearly and precisely.
  • You have excellent German skills (at least C1) and business-fluent English—additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
