ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager at Aemeralds, you are the driving force behind bringing our artists’ music to the world. From playlist promotion and influencer partnerships to developing new ways of spotlighting our artists, you’ll shape how audiences discover and connect with their music. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take charge of every stage of the process, from analyzing trends and performance data to running ad campaigns and designing creative marketing assets.
You’ll join a small, passionate, and dedicated team, taking on a role that will naturally evolve and expand as the label continues to grow and moves into new genres. Your work and ideas will directly shape which genres Aemeralds explores and how effectively it supports and scales emerging artists, helping to build long-lasting careers.
