We seek a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies covering the entire funnel.
• Manage our CRM program effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans.
• Support internal teams and contribute to client projects.
• Stay updated on digital market trends and propose innovative ideas.

What you have to bring:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services.
• A university degree in marketing, business, communication, or similar.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing tools.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence in digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Solution-oriented approach to processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1-C2); French or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with growth hacking, especially in start-ups, is welcome.
