As a leader in the production and distribution of e-cigarettes and smoke-free devices, we are committed to revolutionizing the industry through innovation, excellence, and a smoke-free future. We are currently looking for a creative, energetic, and sales-driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand launch in Germany through direct-to-consumer engagement and impactful marketing initiatives.

The Role

This role is focused on creating visibility, buzz, and community-level activation to support the successful introduction of our brand in the German market. We’re looking for a hands-on marketing lead with a proven track record in social media management, live brand experiences, influencer collaborations, and B2C sales initiatives. The role demands a high-energy personality with both strategic thinking and executional excellence.

Workplace

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel to our headquarters in Croatia will be required for key meetings and alignment with the central marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sampling campaigns, festivals, pop-ups, and nightlife activations
  • Manage local social media calendars and content execution in collaboration with HQ
  • Lead influencer outreach, promo drops, and content seeding
  • Coordinate with agencies for B2C promotions, event setup, and execution
  • Report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, conversion, and brand recall
  • Own B2C sales performance across direct selling initiatives
  • Ensure brand alignment with central HQ for visuals, messaging, and tone

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG , lifestyle, or youth-focused brands
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales dynamics and touchpoint marketing
  • Deep knowledge of the German influencer landscape, events scene, and guerilla marketing tactics
  • Energetic, sales-driven personality capable of combining brand building with commercial delivery
  • Fluent in English ; able to communicate effectively in an international work environment
