Your mission

This role will be responsible for the visual identity of Stark in a variety of digital and offline mediums. It will be key in establishing and maintaining the brand identity and all sales and marketing materials for Stark. This includes developing and regularly updating Stark’s website and social media to boost brand awareness and product adoption. They will be the key individual in managing the marketing and asset creation calendar.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Strategy Team, this role will develop compelling visual content to support various stakeholder engagements, from senior government officials to members of the media, defence acquisition stakeholders, military end users, and potential corporate partners. This will involve managing the marketing aspects and graphic design for external events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and all sales and marketing materials.

This role will also be responsible for defining marketing related objectives and target audiences and will work closely with the Strategy and Communications team to ensure that key messages and narratives have a strong visual component.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio focused on digital and graphic design and corporate communications
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales and marketing
  • Experience in end-to-end production of corporate and product marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and trade show displays
  • Experience in digital content production including videos, animations, and other visual content for a variety of screen types
  • Experience in managing various agencies and vendors to deliver against established timelines
  • Interest and awareness of current geopolitical landscape and the role emerging and disruptive technologies play
  • Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced proficiency of English

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant University degree or certification (e.g. CIM, Digital Marketing Institute)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working within the defence industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Experience working in multinational environments across Europe
  • Proficiency in German or other relevant languages
