Marketing Lead – DACH

Coral Club, a global leader in wellness with strong markets in Europe, Asia, and North America, is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Lead-– DACH to join our team in Berlin. We want someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what’s trending, and can turn ideas into powerful campaigns that connect with people.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and run digital marketing campaigns that boost our brand in the FMCG and health & wellness space.

• Grow our social media presence on Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube Shorts, and new platforms — making our content trend and go viral.

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEA, CRM, influencer marketing, and paid ads.

• Lead and mentor a small but mighty team of 4 marketers, driving creativity and performance.

• Make sure our brand looks and feels consistent across every channel.

• Set up and improve marketing workflows, automation, and reporting to scale our efforts.

• Work closely with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to amplify our impact.

• Keep a pulse on trends, competitors, and customer insights to stay ahead.

• Collaborate with the European Head of Marketing on regional plans and new ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital marketing for FMCG, health & wellness, or lifestyle brands.

• Passion for social media and digital trends — you know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Proven leadership in growing and guiding marketing teams.

• Track record of success with SEO, SEA, social ads, Google Ads, CRM, and data-driven campaigns.

• Both analytical and creative — you turn insights into action.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.

• Languages: native in German (must-have), fluent in English
