As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in our Media Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in campaign management, brand positioning, and customer engagement. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key marketing teams, developing a comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and brand transformation.

What will I be doing?

Are you looking to kick-start your career in marketing? Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in both media and trade marketing.

Responsibilities on our Media Marketing Pathway include:

1. Support in the development of media plans and implementation of marketing campaigns in digital and linear media
2. Evaluation and management of campaigns based on performance metrics
3. Analysis of media and market trends, competitive developments, and consumer behaviour
4. Derivation of data-driven action recommendations

Responsibilities on our Trade Marketing Pathway include:

1. Support in planning and implementing a nationwide, connected brand experience for our customers in Carglass workshops
2. Assistance in planning and executing store branding concepts
3. Further development of sales promotion materials for our product portfolio
4. Support in developing new upselling products in Carglass shops
5. Creation of B2C/B2B customer communication materials and assistance in planning and executing customer events

Who we’re looking for

You should have (or expect to obtain) a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable field.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to take on challenges, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a passion for learning and growth. We also seek candidates who align with our core values: Collaborative, Driven, Caring, and Genuine.

Additionally, you should:

1. Have initial practical experience in (trade) marketing, e.g., through internships or student positions
2. Possess strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team
3. Have creativity and a sense of design (an advantage, but not a must!)
4. Be skilled in international communication, with very good written and spoken German and English

As a permanent employee from day one, our Global Trainee programme offers comprehensive training and support throughout the first two years. As you near the end of the programme, we will work with you and the business to identify the best next step for you within your chosen function and support you as you transition into the next step of your career with us.
