Publicis Sapient is seeking a Working Student to support the Marketing team in the DACH region. You will join as a full member of the Marketing team and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of B2B marketing activities.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Marketing team in the DACH region.

As a Working Student Marketing DACH, you will be a full member of our team and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of B2B marketing activities. You will support us in bringing Publicis Sapient's brand, expertise and thought leadership to life across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In this role, you will work closely with our local and international marketing teams, gain insights into marketing in a global consulting and technology organization, and have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects. Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the DACH region
• Assist with the organization and promotion of client events, conferences, webinars and other marketing activities
• Support the creation, adaptation and localization of marketing content for different channels and target audiences
• Help manage and coordinate content for digital channels, including website, social media and email marketing
• Support our thought leadership and content marketing activities in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
• Conduct market, competitor and target audience research and summarize relevant insights
• Track marketing activities and support the preparation of campaign reports, presentations and performance analyses
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international marketing teams and external partners
• Support the team with day-to-day marketing activities and take ownership of smaller projects

Qualifications

• You are currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Management or a related field
• You have a strong interest in B2B marketing, consulting, technology and digital transformation
• You enjoy creating engaging content and have a good understanding of digital and social media
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic, international and fast-moving environment
• You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working
• You are proactive, curious and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks
• You have solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with content management, CRM or marketing automation tools is considered a plus
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken
