Responsibilities:
- You oversee our entire marketing portfolio, managing and coordinating marketing activities across multiple channels.
- You develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to support the further growth of the business in all our 7 active countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, France), considering the varying stages of development in our markets and exploring new growth opportunities, such as digital prescriptions in Germany.
- Your strategic approach is customer-centric, with a keen awareness of the opportunities and challenges presented by our different customer segments. This includes developing personalized retention methods for our over 12.5 million active customers, attracting valuable new customers, and promoting a compelling brand identity.
- You establish a data-driven and automated marketing structure, along with the necessary technology and tools, to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
- You lead a diverse team, including individual contributors and team leaders. Through servant leadership, you inspire and empower your team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- You manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, ensuring a solid return on investment, and report on key performance indicators to management.
- You establish strong relationships with our country and platform management, category, onsite merchandising, pricing, and product development teams to leverage synergies, identify opportunities, and maximize value for the organization.
Qualifications — About you:
- You have successfully implemented and scaled marketing activities across diverse regions, transitioning from traditional methods to a data-driven, automated setup in a B2C ecommerce environment.
- With at least 5 years of marketing leadership experience, you have a proven track record of driving strategic growth, leveraging industry innovations such as AI-driven marketing solutions and app-based strategies.
- You possess a comprehensive marketing perspective, understanding the challenges and opportunities in customer retention, acquisition, and brand building within a dynamic ecommerce landscape, leveraging your expertise in technology, data, and marketing automation.
- You are skilled in managing extensive marketing budgets efficiently and are passionate about impacting the company's success directly.
- You are proactive, with a data-driven, hands-on, and innovative mindset, thriving in complex and dynamic environments.
