We have a great opportunity for a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven marketing professional looking to advance their career in a global technology leader.

The role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies, supporting revenue enablement, and delivering measurable business impact for Emerson and its Business Units. Responsibilities include strategic analysis, content marketing, positioning, value messaging, advertising, and managing our digital and social presence (campaigns, event planning, press, and publication relations), all with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across Events, Digital, and Print.

Working closely with sales, the successful candidate will help increase brand awareness, enhance sales enablement, generate marketing leads, and grow market share.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing integrated marketing and sales enablement campaigns, overseeing messaging and event strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.
  2. Managing and elevating Social Media presence in the DACH region.
  3. Collaborating with Enterprise Marketing to develop messaging for reputation and brand growth across owned, paid, and earned media.
  4. Owning the Customer Experience and coordinating DACH events, customer initiatives, publications, and PR activities.
  5. Building relationships with key stakeholders in Europe Leadership, Country Marketing, Product Marketing, and Communications teams.
  6. Contributing to SEO efforts and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  7. Supporting the development of Digital Strategy and marketing technology infrastructure.
  8. Managing partnerships with event organizers, solutions providers, agencies, and PR firms.
  9. Supporting Emerson Exchange EMEA with planning, sales engagement, and event coordination.
  10. Representing Emerson Marketing in Customer Experience programs.
  11. Leading, coaching, and developing team members through mentoring, training, performance reviews, and development plans.

Who you are:

You leverage knowledge of business drivers and market strategies to guide actions, make decisive decisions in dynamic situations, and navigate organizational politics effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing marketing operations in BB and high-tech environments.
  • Successful track record in marketing strategy, digital marketing, audience nurturing, analytics, eCommerce, event management, brand positioning, PR, and social media.
  • Experience in sales enablement, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies.
  • Strong management and analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to inspire others.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in German and English at a professional level.
  • Willingness to travel (approximate % needed).
  • Home office policy – one day per week.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience leading project teams with meticulous planning and execution.
