DACH Marketing Coordinator, Berlin based

We are looking for a smart and driven DACH Marketing Coordinator to support the growth targets for the region. With a strong and dedicated team, the DACH business has grown fast - we have exclusive and long term partnerships with leading Publishers such as Süddeutsche Zeitung, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Ströer and Bauer Media Group and our advertisers include the leading agencies as well as major brand names such as VW, Deutsche Bank, HelloFresh, ERGO and many more.

The DACH Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time position, and sits within the European Marketing team. The role is a brand new opening, reflecting the consistent development and our confidence in the market growth. It requires the candidate to collaborate closely and work alongside the responsible Marketing Manager and to further collaborate with the DACH business teams and other Marketing departments. The position aims to execute regional marketing projects to further drive business growth in the region, allowing you to drive your own journey with us long term.

We’re looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude that has excellent collaboration and written communication skills, and a drive to learn!

Responsibilities And Skills

  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing Manager DACH to execute projects within the DACH Marketing strategy and plan.
  • Contribute to creating an impactful presence at industry events by managing sourcing, logistics, and collateral alignment for both mid-sized and major events like OMR and DMEXCO to raise awareness and generate demand.
  • Co-create and support hosted events for customer education and retention activities in Berlin and across the DACH region by managing sourcing, logistics, stakeholder and collateral alignment.
  • Create and deliver gifting initiatives to build customer loyalty, by managing supplier relationships and procurement processes for gifts and corporate merchandise, liaising with the Design team and aligning reliably with the Geo Marketing Europe team to ensure the availability of promotional items across Europe.
  • Localize global Marketing materials to enhance Sales conversations and cycles.
  • Grow understanding of Content Marketing processes for blog and social channels, and create meaningful campaigns in collaboration with the Content and Employer Branding team for the Taboola blog and LinkedIn profile.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Account Management and Marketing to understand business goals and execute on marketing objectives in a timely manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering.
  • Gain strategic insights into marketing activities and their business impact by supporting data and reports analysis using various platforms and tools, like Salesforce and QlikSense.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker & fluent in English.
  • 1+ year of experience in working in marketing in a B2B company or equivalent (internships considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver and learner.
  • A team player, and comfortable to align and collaborate closely with the Marketing lead.
  • Organizational skills and content marketing are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with remote, international teams.
