Our client is a leading medical technology company in Switzerland, specializing in respiratory care for intensive care units. We are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist with a scientific background for a permanent role in the Graubünden area, Switzerland. This position is not remote, but up to 20% home office is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Write persuasive, audience-targeted copy for marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts. Develop clear, concise, and engaging ad copy for digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive clicks and conversions. Produce branded content that communicates product and service value for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Product Launch Support: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop launch materials for new product releases.
- Website Content & SEO: Work with digital marketing specialists to optimize website copy for search engines, ensuring content is informative and keyword-optimized.
- Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure all materials align with the company's redefined brand voice and tone.
- Collaborative Content Support: Work with designers and freelancers to create cohesive campaigns. Support scientific content team by translating complex scientific information into customer-friendly language.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor digital ad, email, and web content performance, and optimize messaging based on metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- Scientific background (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences) is essential.
- 3–5 years of experience in writing marketing copy, preferably for technical or scientific audiences.
- Native-level English fluency with strong storytelling and writing skills.
- German proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
