As a trade fair organizer for craftsmanship, we develop and organize ten major trade and public fairs, all sharing a common goal: passionate companies and individuals with solid ideas and ideals. We are looking for a marketing expert eager to shape the future of our fairs.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with product managers for each fair.
  2. Manage and implement marketing measures aligned with department and company goals, including budget planning.
  3. Coordinate with internal colleagues and various directors.
  4. Manage external service providers and agencies.
  5. Plan and execute multimedia content strategies.
  6. Create target group-specific content across relevant communication channels (e.g., social media posts, online texts, press releases) and maintain our social media platforms.
  7. Plan and execute PR events and formats with multipliers (e.g., press conferences, media interviews, influencer collaborations, roundtables).
  8. Serve as the contact for media inquiries.
  9. Build and maintain contacts and collaborate with stakeholders such as associations, partners, and media.
What You Need
  1. Completed studies in marketing/social media/PR or a comparable vocational training.
  2. Relevant professional experience in marketing, press, public relations, and project management.
  3. Knowledge of various PR and social media programs.
  4. High level of adaptability and responsibility, with persuasive skills.
  5. Strong analytical thinking, confident presentation skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Creativity and customer focus, with the ability to advise clients appropriately.
  7. Structured working style and high initiative.
  8. Social and communicative personality, valuing personal exchange.
  9. Enjoyment of teamwork and maintaining a fun work environment.
  10. Willingness to travel; able to stay calm during busy periods.
