Marketing Specialist (Germany – Regional Marketing Team)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing regional marketing team in Germany. This role is crucial for executing localized marketing strategies, supporting demand generation, and building brand awareness specifically within the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketer to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, email) tailored for the German market, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local nuances.
  • Manage the German marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.

Content & Communications

  • Support the creation of engaging, high-quality German-language content, including social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Support the execution of localized digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with German-specific targeting and ad copy.
  • Assist with website updates and SEO efforts for the German market, optimizing for local search terms and user experience.
  • Manage German social media channels, fostering community engagement.

Event Management

  • Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for local events, webinars, and trade shows in Germany. This includes booth setup, material preparation, and lead capture.
  • Represent the company at industry events as needed.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of German marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Germany to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years] of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or localized role.
  • Native-level fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, social media management platforms).
