We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager (x|f|m) for our Marketing Campaigns and Content Operations team within the Bioprocess Solutions Marketing department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. Your role will involve managing BPS marketing campaigns and product launches, driving development, implementation, and optimization to meet strategic goals.

This is a hybrid role requiring some on-site days with the flexibility to work remotely. Our team consists of ten marketing professionals eager to shape the future with you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with the Bioprocess Solutions roadmap and business objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to set marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels through cross-functional collaboration
  • Plan and implement integrated campaigns across digital platforms, conferences, publications, and advertising
  • Collaborate with scientists and product teams to translate scientific info into accessible content
  • Work with digital and regional teams to generate demand and meet KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, suggesting optimizations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
