About the role

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Timeless' multi-channel campaigns, helping to bring bold ideas to life across CRM, social, influencer, and paid media. From concept to rollout, you’ll lead in crafting, coordinating, and executing campaigns that connect with our community and drive growth.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Marketing Team Lead on integrated campaign planning and execute campaigns across channels in cooperation with CRM, social, influencer, and paid media.
2. Craft engaging copy in English and German for CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp), landing pages, newsletters, and more.
3. Create long-form content such as blog articles, editorial pieces, and whitepapers that educate, inspire, and convert.
4. Maintain and protect the consistency of our tone of voice across all touchpoints.
5. Support event marketing by organizing webinars, community events, and fairs, managing communication and execution.

What we want to see in you

• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and marketing communications; agency or startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills in both English and German, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and channels.
• A creative yet structured approach with a get-it-done attitude—able to juggle deadlines and produce the right words every time.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
