We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help build the ConnectAd brand. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in event management, branding, and content creation within a fast-growing digital advertising environment.

Must haves

• Organizational Skills: Ability to scout, plan, and coordinate events, including sponsorship opportunities.
• Creative Thinking: Passion for branding, storytelling, and crafting clear, compelling messages.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in event planning, content marketing, or brand communication.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or media industries.
• Basic understanding of social media, design, or PR strategies.

Your mission

• Event Management: Scout, organize, and attend industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and exploring sponsorship opportunities.
• Brand Building: Help shape and strengthen the ConnectAd brand across all channels.
• Messaging & Communication: Package our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and ensure a consistent message internally and externally.
• Content Creation: Support the regular production of relevant content for internal and external platforms.
