Marketing Associate (m/f/d)

Are you a proactive self-starter who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analysis, and project execution? We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and support the end-to-end delivery of diverse marketing initiatives—from website management to employer branding, and from budget tracking to campaign support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project management and execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand initiatives.
  • Be responsible for managing and tracking the marketing budget, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Update and maintain the company website (CMS/backend access), ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and well-formatted.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations and marketing performance reports (e.g., campaign results, traffic, leads).
  • Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives, collaborating with HR and other teams.
  • Oversee merchandising production and design for branded items.
  • Assist with design tasks and collaborate with creative partners/agencies.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement across the team.
What we expect:
  • A background in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar).
  • Some knowledge of website backend/CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal or similar).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe or Canva) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and fast-learning attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
