In more formal terms, we are a consulting firm specializing in engineering, IT and digital project management. We are an international company with a Franco-German DNA. Our 3,500 employees are of 45 different nationalities and are spread across 27 offices in 10 countries, including France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal, Egypt, and the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Marketing assistant to support one of our client. As Marketing assistant you will execute, and measure Paid Search marketing, to drive scalable growth for the business. Your key responsibility is to improve SEM marketing and to drive site traffic and conversion as efficiently as possible. This includes agency management, campaigns execution, testing and optimization, and developing scalable automated processes.

Contract duration : 1 year

Ideal start date : September 2025

Location : Berlin

Key job responsibilities:

  • Work with agencies to ensure search tactics fall within the overarching strategic approach.
  • Provide and execute Shopping, Pmax and Max Search strategy for all marketplaces globally
  • Implement global A/B testing strategies for ad copy and graphical ad templates.
  • Generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Work in collaboration with your CRO manager to optimize landing pages conversion.
  • Ensure we are operating towards a holistic search approach together with SEO managers.
  • Create and maintain a global best practices playbook for paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain testing global calendar.

Basic qualifications:

  • Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree).
  • 2+ years professional paid search marketing experience.
  • Experience using Paid Search management tools such as: Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, SA360 (DoubleClick Search), etc..
  • Experience building, executing and scaling SEM programs from concept to completion.
  • Business fluency in written and verbal English

Preferred qualifications :

  • Any additional languages such as german, french, italian, spanish, protugese or japanese ability.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others, especially when working across teams and functions.
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets in platforms such as Yahoo, Baidu, Facebook, Apple Search, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers.
