A Japanese Manufacturer produces rubber and plastic components for the Automotive industry and is currently recruiting for a Marketing and Field Research Assistant to join their team in a suburb of Dusseldorf.
As a Marketing and Field Research Assistant, you will be responsible for field research, planning marketing strategies, and preparing marketing materials to develop new business opportunities.
TYPE : Full-time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS : 08:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Thu), 08:30 - 16:00 (Fri)
SALARY : START: April 2025
LOCATION : Suburb of Dusseldorf, Germany (work from home is available after completion of training period – this may change depending on the company’s decision.)

Main Responsibilities include :
- Conducting on-site research in Scandinavian and other European countries to gather market data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Using the information gathered during field research to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and other promotional assets.
- Effectively using SNS platforms such as Instagram to promote the brand, share insights from field research, and engage with target audiences.
- Working closely with another member of the marketing team.
- Keeping track of competitor activities and industry trends within the Scandinavian and broader European markets.
Ideal Candidate :
- Native-level fluency in English is essential.
- Business-level Japanese language skills would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop and Canva is highly advantageous.
- A candidate who actively uses social media platforms, particularly Instagram, would be well-suited for tasks involving SNS.
- The candidate should be able to share information clearly and concisely.
- The ideal candidate is not passive but takes the initiative to start projects, offer ideas, and seek out opportunities to contribute.
- Understanding of Japanese culture would be advantageous.
- The company exceptionally would consider offering visa support for those who live in Europe.
