The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics - Solutions team, responsible for building the data foundation, tooling, and reporting to facilitate data-driven and efficient commercial decision-making. This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in steering the commercial business and ensuring that a triple-digit yearly budget is invested to support our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics collaborates closely with commercial, marketing, product, and engineering teams across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
  • Create automated self-service reporting solutions that enable Marketing Analytics and stakeholders to conduct efficient reporting and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency, including quality assurance and supporting the integration of new data sources.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing measurement products to assess the effectiveness of marketing investments and improve investment decisions.
  • Analyze various data sources (e.g., DWH, GA) to connect marketing investments with their impacts.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
  • You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in an analytical role, preferably with a marketing context.
  • You possess advanced skills in visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Google Data Studio) with a strong stakeholder focus.
  • You have a solid understanding of marketing attribution or tracking schemas and experience with related tools (e.g., GA, Adjust).
  • You are experienced with SQL and aim for automation using Python, Google Apps Script, R, or similar.
  • You can gather, clean, and transform data from various sources to facilitate insights.
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, enjoy working independently, and capable of taking responsibility. Your communication skills enable you to lead projects across teams.
  • Your English communication skills are business fluent.
