This position is placed at our office in Berlin where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Tasks

We're looking for a data-savvy Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll turn data into insights and help guide strategic decisions across performance marketing, CRM, brand campaigns, and more. You'll work closely with channel owners, local marketing teams, and product & tech to ensure we make the most of our data to grow efficiently and sustainably.

In this role you will:

  1. Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across all marketing channels (paid, organic, partnerships, CRM, etc.)
  2. Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI / CAC.
  3. Partner with Country Managers and Marketing Managers to localize insights and optimize for different markets
  4. Support media buying decisions with CAC & LTV data
  5. Conduct cohort analysis, A / B test evaluations, and funnel performance reviews
  6. Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure tracking is consistent and scalable
  7. Champion a unified approach to marketing data by helping define and maintain a single source of truth, ensuring consistency in metrics, definitions, and reporting across markets and channels
  8. Make sure findings are presented to stakeholders in a clear and efficient way

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Excel / Sheets, SQL, etc.
  3. Experience with attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis, and / or media performance evaluation
  4. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  5. Experience working with marketing teams across multiple markets is a big plus
  6. Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset
