Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development of the Surface Treatment segment, including defining relevant sub-segments and conducting comprehensive market, competitor, and value proposition analyses.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisition targets to drive sustainable growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Define innovative targets related to products, digital solutions, and business models.
• Plan sales and profitability based on strategic initiatives.
• Position products and services effectively by analyzing their value propositions and monitoring customer and competitor activities.
• Manage product portfolio and pricing strategies, identify gaps, and initiate measures through internal development or external sourcing.
• Develop compelling value case studies and implement value-based selling techniques to differentiate from competitors.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable annual sales and marketing plans, tailored by country and product line, and oversee their execution.
• Drive sales initiatives to expand market share and increase sales and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective internal organization and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the Surface Treatment market segment.
