The role

As Market Research Team Lead on the Global Consumer Insights team, you’ll join a diverse team of marketeers and research experts who turn consumer data, behaviors and feedback into actionable insights. As part of this team, you will be responsible for topics including brand personality, competitive benchmarking, brand equity, product quality, campaign tracking, and more. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of bespoke consumer research (defining the research questions with stakeholders, assessing suppliers and methods, designing the research, managing fielding, analyzing, and putting together the story and recommendations). Your responsibilities will also include owning our brand equity and consumer perception research and tracking. You will also act as a core part of a cross-functional working group who work together to design and build models to measure the impact of brand investment (brand measurement & Marketing Mix Modelling).

What you’ll do
  • Manage a small team of researchers, working closely with cross functional partners in data science, analytics, and brand management
  • Design ad-hoc research projects to gain an understanding of consumers worldwide, how they connect to HelloFresh, our products, campaigns and messages
  • Own our global brand and consumer sentiment tracking products
  • Take responsibility for execution of quantitative research, i.e. owning projects end-to-end from research design and project management to data analysis and reporting
  • Work with market research vendors globally, i.e. writing briefs, assessing proposals and managing projects
  • Act as the internal expert on consumer insights, triangulating reports and data sources to answer complex business questions
  • With your strong communication and consulting skills you will socialize insights and recommendations with global & local stakeholders throughout HelloFresh
What you’ll bring
  • >7 years of professional experience in the field of market research or behavioural science, conducting hands-on quantitative research (agency or client-side)
  • Successfully completed studies in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar subjects
  • Excellent knowledge of questionnaire design, multivariate analytics, and reporting survey data
  • Expert skills in analytical tools (ie. SPSS, R, Python), reporting in Google slides or Tableau and experience with professional online survey tools (ie. QuestionPro)
  • You are enthusiastic about research and are comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong self-organizing skills, an ability to see the big picture and think laterally, understanding that small details can have a big impact
  • Passion for people development and have a growth mindset
