Market Access Manager – Pharma & AMNOG (m / f / d)

Our clients in Healthcare & Life Sciences are world-leading companies and key innovators in the pharma, biotech, healthcare technology, diagnostics, health IT, and consumer health space. We are looking for a new colleague to support our Germany-focused Pricing and Market Access (AMNOG) team starting as soon as possible.

As an AMNOG-focused Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic pricing and market access consulting for the most innovative pharmaceuticals in the world—including gene & cell therapies and multi-indication blockbuster drugs. You will work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple interesting cases in parallel with a highly motivated, dedicated team specialized in AMNOG strategies. How you will create an impact :

  • Develop national launch pricing strategies for innovative pharmaceuticals, tailored to the German healthcare market.
  • Support pharmaceutical companies in navigating the AMNOG process, including HTA and price negotiations, without dossier writing.
  • Lead strategy workshops and perform meaningful analysis to prepare clients for the AMNOG process.
  • Manage projects effectively, coordinating workstreams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to business development efforts to grow the AMNOG practice at Simon-Kucher.

About you :

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, law, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing and market access for innovative pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience in managing the German AMNOG process for pharmaceutical products.
  • Knowledge of AMNOG benefit evaluation, G-BA’s code of conduct, IQWIG, and dossier requirements.
  • Experience with national price negotiations according to §130b SGB V.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
