Job Description

Maritime Sustainability Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transparency on fleet performance for internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate and analyse fuel performance data
• Monitor and track KPIs related to GHG emissions for the chartered fleet
• Manage data structures and data flow associated with fleet performance
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders

Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or Engineering or Maritime studies or equivalent
• Sailing experience preferred but not essential
• Minimum of5years of experience focused on vessel performance, ship design, and fleet efficiency

Skills and Expertise:

• Strong technical background in ship design and technical vessel operations
• Solid understanding of maritime regulations and decarbonization strategies
• Ability to connect data analysis with the physical performance aspects of vessels
• Analytical mindset to manage and interpret complex data sets
