The Manufacturing Quality Technician for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the inspection of products according to specifications and quality standards.

This position is part of the Quality Control department located in Munich, Baierbrunn and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain inspection report
  • Inspect products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Manage Non-Conformance – initiate in SmartSolve Non-conformities, follow-up with the team on process phases (Containment, Disposition, Investigation, Analysis)
  • Be part of the Andon Team, supporting investigation of non-conformities
  • Inspect products and document results
  • Verify and approve Device History Records
  • Coordinate with other teams on sorting and inspection activities
  • Process materials in Oracle database
  • Monitor and follow-up on calibration activities, coordinating with external laboratories

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical education
  • Proven experience in quality control/assurance (medical technology desirable, automotive industry or mechanical engineering)
  • English language skills
