Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking Manufacturing Engineers (m/f/d) to join onsite teams across Germany, including Manching, Finkenwerder, and Donauwörth, to support major aerospace programs.

The role covers Manufacturing, Production, Process Engineering, and Production Planning with relocation, accommodation support, German language courses, and a permanent German contract.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial experience in Manufacturing, Production, Industrialization, or Process Engineering.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• English level B2/C1 minimum (required).
• German level B2/C1 minimum (required).
• EU citizenship (required).

Aufgaben

• Support and optimize manufacturing and production processes.
• Improve assembly, industrialization, and production workflows.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, non-conformities, and process deviations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
• Create and maintain work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and technical records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Support the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing methods.

Locations: Manching, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other Airbus sites in Germany

We are currently seeking engineers with an interest in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Structural Assembly, and Production Planning to support major aerospace programs.
