Job description
Tasks
- Selection of suitable manufacturing concepts for cabin assembly and their integration into production processes
- Procurement and implementation of production and transport equipment
- Preparation and scheduling of manufacturing and assembly orders, including cost calculation and validation
- Operational support of the production areas and implementation of design specifications
- Analysis and elimination of production issues in close coordination with quality assurance, construction departmentand logistics
- Execution of process analyses and introduction of efficiency improvement measures
- Technical consultation for the construction department during document creation
Requirements
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, engineering, aircraft construction or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, aircraft manufacturing, manufacturing engineering or comparable fields
- Basic knowledge of lean management and process management required; experience in process optimization or project management is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German language skills (min. C1) and proficient English language skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work occasional shifts (2–3 weeks per year)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
