Job summary

Blackwave GmbH sucht eine Fachkraft zur präzisen Fertigung hochpräziser Bauteile im Raumfahrtbereich. Sie bedienen Fräsmaschinen, prüfen Maßhaltigkeit und sichern die Qualität jeder Komponente vor dem nächsten Schritt.

Aufgaben umfassen Prozessüberwachung, Taktsicherheit und klare Kommunikation von Qualitätsstatus. Erfahrungen in Fräsen, Messmitteln und Schichtbereitschaft sind gefragt.

Qualifications

• Berufsausbildung im Zerspanungsbereich oder verwandtem technischen Gebiet.
• Erfahrung in der CNC-Fräsbearbeitung und Lesen technischer Zeichnungen.
• Gebräuchliche Messmittel sicher anwenden; Toleranzen verstehen.
• Präzise, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
• Montags bis freitags, 6:00–22:00 Uhr (keine Nacht-, Wochenend- oder Feiertagsdienste).

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für präzise und zuverlässige Fertigung hochpräziser Bauteile.
• Bedienung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen; Sicherstellung gleichbleibender Bauteilqualität.
• Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse und Einhaltung des Takts.
• Präzise Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauteilen vor dem nächsten Schritt.
• Kommunikation von Qualitätsstatus und offenen Problemen an Kollegen und Schichten.
• Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen in Schleifen von Messtechnik, Qualität und Effizienz.

You own the precise and reliable production of high-precision components for spaceflight. You operate CNC milling machines, ensure consistent part quality, and keep production processes stable and on takt. You make sure every component meets its specifications before moving to the next production step.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-Haves

• Vocational training as a CNC machinist, industrial mechanic, or in a comparable technical field
• Experience in CNC milling operation and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Confident use of measurement tools and a solid understanding of tolerances and quality requirements
• Precise, structured, and quality-oriented working style, plus willingness to work shifts
• Monday to Friday between 6 am and 10 pm (no night shifts, weekends, or public holidays

Nice to Have

• Experience in Friction Stir Welding (FSW)
• Experience in high-precision manufacturing or aerospace production
