Your responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and oversee the entire production process
• Ensure delivery capability and monitor the availability of production materials by planning, organizing, and supervising inbound deliveries of purchased components
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of shift supervisors and shift teams across different production lines
• Ensure parts are manufactured according to customer specifications and requirements
• Support the implementation and development of automation processes
• Responsible for the on-time completion of orders and achievement of production targets
• Workforce planning in coordination with HR

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration and/or engineering with a focus on logistics, production, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, especially in JIS environments and in leading operational assembly teams
• Experience in supplier management and order control
• Strong user knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
