Jobbeschreibung

We are working with a fast growing manufacturer of sensor technology focused on environmental sensors targeting a range of markets such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial.

As Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be reporting to VP of Operations and have around 10 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define, implement, and drive Operations strategy to optimize product ramp-up, costs, delivery, and supplier efficiency.
• Manage internal and external manufacturing to meet customer demands, ensuring on-time delivery, yield, and productivity targets.
• Oversee Operations Engineering, leading product and process improvements, product transfers, and yield optimization in collaboration with R&D.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities for stable short- and long-term planning.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, quality, procurement, and leadership to ensure scalable, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Provide strong leadership, inspire teams, and mentor staff to foster continuous improvement.
• Manage teams across multiple sites in Germany (Karlsruhe / Reutlingen).

Key Qualifications :

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including fabless operations, technology development, and product engineering.
• Expertise in MEMS, ASIC process technologies, semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and test operations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Additional oversight of teams in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
