Manufacturing Operational Change Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Trier

To strengthen our team in the area of Production at the Trier Factory, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operational Change Lead (m/f/d).

Your job mission:

As a Manufacturing Operational Change Lead, you will drive the introduction and adaptation of the work organizational structure at the Trier Factory by supporting the roll-out of Autonomous Maintenance. You will prepare the areas to independently plan, coordinate, and carry out relevant training and qualification courses for targeted groups, in accordance with the requirements.

Your tasks:
  1. Prepare, guide, and support the change management process at the production level, deploying relevant steps as part of the IWS phase progression.
  2. Monitor and support Autonomous Maintenance progress and compliance, providing support and intervention where necessary.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and implement workshops, training, and governance activities, ensuring alignment with local strategies.
  4. Develop and implement a digital roadmap to track rollout stages, KPIs, and reports.
  5. Support the qualification of organizational roles to meet capability requirements of IWS phases.
  6. Coach PDCA capabilities and tools across organizational levels.
Your profile:
  1. University Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or similar.
  2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain within FMCG industry.
  3. Profound knowledge of new work systems and work structures; skills in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and SAP are a plus; fluency in German and English.
  4. Relevant experience with IWS or similar systems is mandatory.
  5. Leadership experience with strong mentoring, coaching, and development skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
