For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Defence and Space, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.
Your Tasks
- Support the shop floor in resolving technical issues within maintenance and repair processes
- Provide detailed technical information to Design Engineering, including the preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Create neutral work plans for the verification and documentation of MRO activities
- Support multifunctional teams in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with production teams through direct participation in shop floor routines
- Plan and conduct regular feedback loops with the production team
- Prepare and support first installations, including the required feedback loops with manufacturing
- Manage important and recurring work preparation issues escalated by the shop floor
- Perform and support P-FMEA / FMEA activities
- Support continuous improvement within maintenance and repair operations by providing work preparation expertise
- Update documentation and technical instructions according to requirements and contractual specifications
- Develop technical solutions, documentation updates, improvement proposals and neutral work plans
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical aircraft components and aircraft structures is mandatory
- Experience in Technical Support is required
- Advanced specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German language skills are essential
